ContractPac bedeutet nicht "SIM-Lock" oder ähnliches, sondern:
Das Gerät wird bei T-mobile direkt mit einer SIM-Karte verkauft. Kann aber auch mit anderen SIM-Karten betrieben werden. Die T-mobile-SIM-Karte liegt eben schon mit im Karton.

Hallo!
In Österreich wird der MDA bereits fertig installiert und gebranded ausgeliefert.
Das Verwenden einer anderen Simkarte ist in diesem Zustand nicht möglich.
Abhilfe vermutlich nur nach Neuinstallation; siehe auch

Hab nach 1Woche entnervter suche meinen MC von T-Mobile Austria "aufsperren" lassen :-(( 100 Teuronen *heul* offenbar sind nur Deutsche Geräte unlocked! Na wenigstens Brandspuren konnte ich beseitigen..

Es gibt einen unlocke,kostet 29€ und wird übers Internet freigeschalten und per Kredikarte abgebucht!

Leider habe ich das Problem bei meinem MDA compact 3, daß nach der Hard/Softreset Prozedur sich der MDA von selbst neu mit der T-Mobile Software bespielt und ich kein Möglichkeit des Eingriffs habe.
